STANDARD DELIVERY POLICY

Next day delivery anywhere to the UK Mainland provided orders are received by us before 17:00pm and we have the stock.

Please note that a few special furniture products require a slightly longer delivery time and you will be informed by e-mail of the alternative delivery date.
 
DELIVERY CHARGES

Free delivery available of orders over £75.00. 

RETURNS

You can return PPE Equipment and Hand Sanitiser however a re-stocking fee will be charged. 

We will happily refund or exchange any item purchased from Planet Office Supplies Ltd. Excludes PPE Equipment and Hand Sanitiser

We make no charge for returns and there is no restocking fee

Returned goods must be unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging

Please notify us within 14 days should you wish to return any item(s) we have supplied. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount.

We will credit the card or account we have on file for you

BACKORDERS

Any item that is out of stock when ordered will be placed on backorder; you will be notified by e-mail of the expected delivery date.

Should we receive no response from our e-mail we will assume that you wish to accept the goods on the date as specified.

If the delivery date is unacceptable please respond to our e-mail and we will cancel the backorder and either credit your credit card or, if you are an account customer, you will not be invoiced.
